Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This notice explains how Fluxenic handles information submitted through the Klaviyo revenue leak audit funnel and the agency partner interest form.
Information We Collect
When you submit an audit request, we collect the fields you provide, such as:
- name, email address, store URL, revenue band, ecommerce platform, problem, timeline, and notes;
- consent status and the page where the request was submitted;
- UTM parameters, Google Ads click identifiers when present, referrer, browser user agent, and approximate country from infrastructure metadata.
When an agency submits partner criteria, we collect contact details, agency website, target criteria, capacity, payment preference, and notes.
How We Use Information
- Review and respond to requested Klaviyo audit inquiries.
- Decide whether a Shopify store appears to match the audit criteria.
- Match a request with one relevant Klaviyo/email/SMS partner if specialist help is needed and the submitter consented.
- Measure source quality, form quality, and accepted appointment outcomes.
- Prevent duplicate routing, spam, abuse, and low-quality lead handling.
Sharing
Fluxenic does not sell the same audit request to multiple agencies. If the request appears to need specialist implementation help, information may be shared with one matched Klaviyo/email/SMS partner for that request. Service providers such as Cloudflare and Google may process technical data to host the site, store submissions, and measure advertising.
Retention And Deletion
We keep submitted information for funnel operations, source quality analysis, buyer feedback, and duplicate prevention. To request deletion or correction, email tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com.
